UltraCAD Universal Calculator Package

This download contains all (approximately 32) files necessary to run all of UltraCAD's calculators. A free license is included.

Unzip ucad_universal.zip in its own (convenient) folder. All included files must be in this same folder. Be sure the universal license file (Ucad.dat) is in this same folder. See special notes below.

IMPORTANT:
Run (as administrator) the mschart.exe fie and the vbrun60sp4.exe file.

Supporting files:

IMPORTANT:
Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.Vs.dll must be in the same folder as _UCAD_CT.exe. It provides the print support for the print function in the program.

IMPORTANT:
Missing MSCOMCTL.OCX , msflxgrd.ocx, msstdfmt.dll files:
  	1.  These files may be needed for the UCADPCB calculator. Mscomctl.ocx and msflxgrd.ocx are usually on your system. If not, place them in the c:\    (root) folder.
         2. Open the Command Prompt ** as Administrator ** (it is in the Accessories folder.)
          	(Right-click and select Run as Administrator.)
	3. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32 directory (assuming Windows is installed on the C drive.)
	4. Enter regsvr32.exe c:\mscomctl.ocx and hit return (Don't overlook the space.)
        	( Be sure to enter the complete path to the DLL or OCX files)
	5. Enter regsvr32.exe c:\msflxgrd.ocx and hit return (Don't overlook the space.)
        	( Be sure to enter the complete path to the DLL or OCX files)
	6. You should get a message that the controls have been registered.

IMPORTANT:
	7. If you get an error message that the msstdfmt.dll file is not found, run (as admin) the patch file in the msstdfmt_dll folder.
